South Swindon Parish Council is a statutory consultee on all Planning Applications in the parish.

South Swindon Parish Council has set up the Planning Committee to consider Planning Applications, but due to the number of plans, they have agreed that some applications will be considered by the Chair & Vice-Chair.

The attached documents has been put together to provide guidance to the public on how Planning Applications will be dealt with by the Parish Council.
