Council Policies

South Swindon Parish Council has put a number of Policies in place for the running of the Council.

The most important of these are the Standing Orders which state how the Council will be run and Financial Regulations which control the Council’s financial transactions.

The Parish Council is also required to have a Freedom of Information Scheme and a Complaints Procedure.

The Parish Council is also required to have a Policy to conform with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
