Warm and Welcome Spaces Charter
A Warm and Welcome Space is a council or community venue available to residents to visit, spend time, stay warm and feel safe.
These spaces are open to anyone. Visitors won’t be asked why they are there and won’t have to take part in any activities if they don’t wish to.

Hosting a Warm Space
If you would like to register a venue as a Warm and Welcome Space you will need to be able to facilitate the terms of the Warm and Welcome Space charter, these include:
- Sharing your Safeguarding Policy, Public Liability Insurance and Health and Safety Policy/Risk Assessment.
- Allowing the Parish to add your details to the Warm and Welcome Space directory.
