EXTC formed in 2020 by Terry Chambers, the original drummer of the legendary English new wave band XTC. The group’s primary mission is to bring XTC’s iconic catalogue back to the live stage for the first time since the original band famously ceased touring in 1982.

The project is named and officially approved by XTC frontman Andy Partridge, who no longer performs live.

Along with Terry, the band has featured musicians
